Yes! You automatically receive 100 points once you sign up, which can be redeemed for $10 off any purchase of $30+.
Discount codes cannot be applied to custom and value kits. This excludes gift cards, select kits and other exclusions that may apply.
Yes, you are able to use a discount code and redeem a free product within the same order. However, only one discount code can be applied per order.
If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your account.
Yes, your refund will be credited back depending on how you paid for your items. If you used points to make your purchase they will be issued back to your Verb Rewards account. Money spent will be credited back to your original payment method.
Yes, if you would like to return a product that you redeemed with your rewards points, you will be refunded the points back to your rewards account.
